      Dr. Salsman is a professor at Xavier University in Cincinnati and served as a postdoctoral fellow and research associate for Dr. Marsha Linehan (originator of Dialectical Behavior Therapy) at the Behavioral Research and Therapy Clinics at the University of Washington. There he was a DBT therapist on two large randomized clinical trials of DBT.
